BALENCIAGA - Global Retail Operation Project Manager

Reporting to the Global Retail Operations Manager, you will support the Retail business and DOS network by designing, deploying and constantly improving Retail Operations frameworks, processes and tools, always being in line with Balenciaga DNA and strategic business goals.

In this context, your main missions and responsibilities will be: 

MISSIONS:

  • Coordinating and implementing the Retail operations strategy at a global level, under Global Retail Operations Manager lead and in close partnership with Retail Excellence and local Retail Operations counterparts

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow Retail Operations framework and meet deadlines in implementing all projects
  • Design all Retail Operations processes & guidelines, ensure they are up to date and constantly manage their improvement and update as business evolves
  • Assess all regions execution of Operations processes & guidelines
  • Coordinate POS improvements and updates
  • Coordinate NEW POS project in close partnership with Kering and all the stakeholders at both Global and Regional level
  • Manage implementation of Retail Tools (Packaging, Stationery, Store Tools)
  • Support development and regions utilization of Retail Excellence Tools such as Store Portal, Traffic Counter, Morning Brief Format, Store Assessment Tool, etc.
  • YOOBIC: develop and deploy assessment process at Store level to execute HQ guidelines

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within Retail environment and operations background a plus
  • Client centric
  • Organizational skills, self-motivated and focused on meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a way that is easily understood by a range of audiences from store management to senior executives
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
