We are currently seeking a Sales Associate who will report to the Store Manager as part of our team at Dover Street Market.
Your opportunity
To bring the in-store customer experience to the next level with flawless service that dazzles. You will seek out and leverage opportunities to enhance sales and increase growth.
How you will contribute
An understanding of current products, trends and collections, ensuring that customers are informed and aware in order to meet specific clienteling KPIs
To develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service
Ensuring customer satisfaction, in line with company guidelines
Keeping up to date with customer requirements and operating procedures
To ensure that all procedures and policies are understood, work is carried out according to those standards
Be aware of sales targets and performance against them. Proactively use appropriate sales techniques to ensure they are met
To replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation according to internal VM guidelines
Personal appearance and presentation must be strictly in line with company standards
To carry out additional duties when and where necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the role
Who you are
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships both internal and external business partners
Knowledge of Mandarin language is highly advantageous
Strong clienteling skills
Motivated by being a team player
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong ability to initiate contact and use assertive communication
