You are a member of our EMEA HR Team. You deliver the Retail EMEA people agenda in your market. Based on the business needs, you act as the main point of reference for our UK Retail managers and employees on all HR topics. You deliver excellent HR services to our customers and ensure an employee experience in line with Balenciaga DNA.
How you will CONTRIBUTE:
Ensure effective talent attraction & acquisition for stores (you have a talent recruiter to support you in the hiring process)
Work closely with the Retail Manager in order to support the business, implement Store Business action plan
Coach, develop and counsel people managers to create and maintain a high performing workforce
Lead the local performance and talent management cycles
Drive the creation and completion of training and development plans
Coordinate health and safety training and supervise maintenance and upkeep of the workplace
Excel in delivering HR processes (admin HR, payroll, legal...) with Kering shared services
Manage employee issues as well as ensure compliance with local legislations
Implement locally global or EMEA HR projects
Ensure expense control by managing forecast/budget process, in close partnership with the EMEA team
Maintain effective and accurate data for HR retail KPIs
Who you are
- At least 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner position in a luxury or premium Retail organization
- Brand Ambassador passionate about fashion and retail, service oriented
- Full knowledge of UK law and legislation
- Sense of ownership and business acumen
- Coaching and influencing skills
- Excellent communication style and strong relationship
- Organized and process driven, great attention to details.
