BOTTEGA VENETA Integrated Logistics Customer Service Staff

We are currently seeking a Integrated Logistics Customer Service Staff as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

How you will contribute:

• Use our organization internal systems to manage the orders received during sales campaigns;
• Adhere to precision, quality and timing standards to ensure the best quality service and the achievements of financial targets;
• Communicate and collaborate with internal departments in order to meet business expectations;
• Contribute to the development and execution of planned activities;
• Data entry management;

Who you are:

• A high school or university graduate;
• A customer service representative with at least 1 year’ experience in back office activities;
• High level of precision and organization;
• An expert in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SAP;
• An excellent communicator able to work well with individuals from all levels of an organisation and suppliers;
• A proactive detail-oriented person who is able to regularly meet tough deadlines and handle a high volume of tasks;
• Fluent in Italian and English;
