Sarai inserito/a come Purchasing Specialist all’interno dell’area Purchasing Leather Goods di Bottega Veneta a Montebello Vicentino (VI) e supporterai il team il principalmente nello svolgimento delle seguenti attività.

How you will contribute

  • Gestirai gli ordini e le commesse di lavoro legati al mondo materie prime,principalmente pelle;

  • Analizzerai i fabbisogni di materiali attraverso l’utilizzo ed il monitoraggio dell’MRP o tramite la creazione dettagliata di analisi da file previsionali;

  • Seguirai le attività di sollecito ai vari fornitori schedulando le consegne in modo puntuale;

  • Collaborerai con l’ufficio pianificazione per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di consegna del prodotto finito;

  • Ti rapporterai per la condivisione di informazioni con vari enti, in particolare: ufficio ricerca, Ufficio test e Controllo Qualità.


 Who you are

  • Laurea in Scienze Economiche e/o in Ingegneria Gestionale;

  • Esperienza lavorativa nel ruolo di 3-5 anni con provenienza da aziende del settore luxury e fashion;

  • Utilizzo della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata;

  • Approfondita conoscenza del pacchetto Office principalmente di Excel e del gestionale AS 400;

  • Buone doti relazionali e comunicative e predisposizione al team working;

  • Flessibilità ed attitudine al problem solving;

  • Disponibilità a svolgere trasferte presso fornitori.
