We are currently seeking a Northern Europe Retail Merchandiser as part of our dynamic team in London and cover the Northern Europe Region (UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Switzerland), reporting directly into the General Manager Northern Europe.

How you will contribute

  • Managing all departments (LG, RTW, Shoes, and others) for the Northern Europe Region
  • Giving feedback to EMEA merchandising team during the sales campaign and finalizing the sizing by store
  • Collaborating with Training office in order to deploy the Product training in stores
  • Competitor analysis and benchmarking
  • Daily contact with stores regarding assortment, client, quality issues and different requests
  • Frequent market visits (visual set up, ad hoc intervention, events, product training, new openings, etc)
  • Collaboration with the retail, visual and other departments in order to support sales and turnover objectives
  • Data  analysis in order to draw up  conclusions about opportunities and liabilities and follow through to execution
  • Segmenting market & products based on performances
  • Managing the product allocation and product  lifecycle within the stores through specific merchandising actions
  • Making consolidation/reallocation recommendations to stores to optimize sell-through

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience in merchandise or buying
  • Passion for products and retail
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Excellent in English
  • Willing to travel at least 50% of the time
