We are currently looking for a VM Coordinator, reporting to the VM Manager Northern Europe to join our dynamic team in Munich Office.

How you will contribute:

  • To visit all the DOS stores in the DACH+NL Area on a regular basis for new set-ups in order to refresh and update the visual display reporting all the changes directly to the VM Manager Northern Europe
  • To support the VM Manager Northern Europe in set up showroom and press events when required
  • To communicate VM guidelines to all stores and concessions
  • To help to maximize sales through strong VM and window display. This will involve regular changes of window and in store displays to maintain a fresh and visually exciting look and ensuring the display schedule is followed
  • To report and document visually all changes upon completion of store visits
  • To photograph every in store and window changes for the central VM portfolio
  • To support the VM Manager Northern Europe in prepare monthly reports in order to recap all the change and action taken during the month in each store
  • To maintain and organize visual tools in each store and whenever is required update the order
  • Travel to Retail & Outlets stores to execute windows and in-store merchandising (Flexibility due to high travel activity)
  • Support coordination and implementation of seasonal window concepts
  • Following up on stores regarding windows & interior changes, provide remote support & feedback
  • Support in organization & implementation of corporate events (press day, showroom setup, seasonal events etc.)
  • Build strong relationships with the stores and department stores management teams to ensure VM supports the business strategy and sales objectives
  • Update and train store managers and store staff (VM in store staff) with current VM guidelines
  • Support actively with store management team while maintaining the corporate visual standards helping to develop their understanding of presentation
  • Support and cooperate with all departments in regional HQ in order to support the whole region

Who you are:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Located in Munich
  • 2-3 years proven experience in the field of VM
  • Strong organizational and visual skills
  • Able to work to strict deadlines
  • Great attention to details
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English and German
  • Hands-on mentality, creativity, proactivity and capacity to work in a fast moving, dynamic and busy environment
  • Flexibility to travel is mandatory (around 80%)
