We are currently seeking a Talent and HR Manager Retail and Wholesale who will report to the HR Director as part of our dynamic team in Rome.

Your opportunity

You will have a fantastic opportunity to join as a Talent and HR Manager Retail and Wholesale to support our business worldwide. You will act as the main point of reference for WW Retail and Wholesale Director and for Regional Retail and Wholesale managers and employees on all HR topics, like organization, budgeting, performance management, talent acquisition and development, employee relations, change management, internal mobility. You will also be the Company point of reference on talent acquisition and development topics, coordinating ww projects like talent assessment, learning, change management, recruiting. You will manage a team of two professionals and strictly collaborate with Kering HR colleagues in the Regions.

How you will contribute

  • Monitoring of efficacy and efficiency of the organizational structure in the Retail and Wholesale departments, ensuring appropriate budget process and personnel cost control
  • Co-designing and deploying organizational and culture change initiatives
  • Counseling to Line Managers on people management and development topics
  • WW assessment and development of top performers and key talents
  • Management of talent acquisition process for key positions ww
  • Collection and coordination of ww talent acquisition projects through the regular contact with local HR and managers
  • Design and deployment of training and development programs referred to Retail and Wholesale, through the coordination of Kering HR colleagues
  • Point of contact with Kering Group on talent topics, and deployment of Kering projects dedicated to employees development and engagement: employee opinion survey, talent assessment, learning, specific talent projects
  • Point of contact for other Kering Brands HR colleagues on internal mobility and intercompany development projects

Who you are

  • At least 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner position in a Retail organization
  • Knowledge of Retail and Wholesale business, possibly in the luxury market and possibly in different markets/regions
  • At least 2 years of experience in people management
  • Master degree in humanistic topics, like work and organizational psychology or similar
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Availability to business travels abroad
  • Sense of ownership and business acumen
  • Able to work in a multicultural context and being recognized as a partner by different and diverse counterparts
  • Able to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Coaching skills
