Your opportunity

We are currently looking for a Retail Area Manager REMEA who will report to the Retail & Travel Retail Manager.

How you will contribute

The ideal candidate will have the responsibility to manage the DoDo Boutiques/Corners with the following activities:

  • Dealing the business in a proactive way, visiting clients and developing the DOS network.
  • Implementing the Selling Ceremony format
  • Share punctually the information connected to the area with Retail account team.
  • Driving the team to achieve the company goals.
  • Collecting the needs of the trade marketing from the stores and transmit them to the Trade Marketing Coordinator.
  • Analyse the KPI of each market on daily bases and promptly react in case of recovery plan.
  • Managing the new openings: drawing up of the contract, recruiting of the team with HR, collaborating with Operational Retail team for the operational aspects.

Who you are

• Strong experience in the same position, gained in a very customer service focused environment, and with a genuine passion for luxury 

• Communication skills and Interpersonal sensitivity 

• Negotiation skills

• Customer orientation

• Entrepreneurship 

• Positive attitude, enthusiastic and team oriented; well-integrated in the social environment 

• Networking 

• Fluent in English; knowledge of any other language is greatly appreciated
