We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner who will report to the Ginori 1735 HR Manager as part of our HR team in Sesto Fiorentino. 

Your opportunity

You will have the opportunity to be involved in different processes and activities and support the HR Manager in the Ginori 1735 Brand. You will provide crucial support to the HR Team on all human resources related matters. You will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations and will participate in the follow-up of each employee’s lifecycle, working in close collaboration with the HR Team.

How you will contribute

  • Consulting with Operations, Finance, and IT line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Be the main point of contact for employees regarding all system-related questions and answer employees’ requests, concerns and questions
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative work and processes related to full employee life cycle – from staffing to compensation to career growth - ensuring delivery, quality, and compliance of all activities
  • Help with the implementation of policies and procedures
  • Support performance and talent management processes and the implementation of development initiatives 
  • Manage processes through Workday (ERP system): create positions, approve tasks, launch and organize reports
  • Ensure the relevant Human Resources database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
  • Support with the new employee orientation and induction
  • Assist in the overall recruitment process by liaising with recruitment agencies and by setting up interviews
  • Support in the identification of employees’ training needs, organise training and complete training records regularly and accurately
  • Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential

Who you are

  • A Human Resources generalist with a Human Resources qualification, at least 4/5 years’ experience and broad knowledge of all Human Resources processes
  • Experienced in Industrial and Operations Company
  • An effective communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A collaborative individual able to build solid rapports with multiple and diverse stakeholders
  • Experienced in dealing with confidential and sensitive matters
  • A problem solver, able to prioritize workload and pay close attention to detail
  • Highly organized and demonstrate thoroughness in order to ensure quality work
  • Able to work independently to achieve the department’s desired goals
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Fluent in Italian and English
