Reporting to the EMEA Media Director, the EMEA Integrated Media Manager will work directly on media campaign setup and media management for all channels across the Region, with a focus on social media campaign steering and optimization.
Key Accountabilities
- Define Regional Media Strategy across all the regional markets while taking into account local needs
- Being a media expert across both online and offline media channels to drive omnichannel strategy
- Manage media agency, closely collaborate with internal teams from Global to Hub teams and our media publishers (Meta, Google, LinkedIn and many more)
- Oversee one direct report who is a Media Strategist
- Media channels include Paid Social, Display, Natives, Print, OOH, audio etc.
- Support in redefining the media strategy, innovation roadmap in terms of channels, formats and technological advancements,
- Daily campaign monitoring and setup management to suggest optimizations to agency and increase overall performance and ROI
- Prepare reports for markets and internal teams
Key Requirements
- University degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or any related field
- Previous experience in Digital Media of 8 years at least
- Fluent English language skills are mandatory
- Entrepreneurial spirit, creativity and a hands on mentality are essential to us
- Universal media expert across online and offline channels
- Very analytical, data driven mindset with strong target and KPI mindset
- Ability to create reports and challenge status quo
- Proven track record of dashboard and agency management
- Tableau, Google Analytics, FB Ad Manager, Excel, MS Office Pro, Data Studio
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter who sees things to completion
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workloads
