Key Accountabilities
- Consolidation of business needs and market analysis
- Proactively identifies and collaboratively works with internal customers
- Tender set-up execution and negotiations
- Commercial and financial proposal analysis and decision making (award) preparation
- Suppliers qualification and codification in cooperation with Finance
- Develop and keep Procurement KPIs updated
- Develop & maintain projects pipeline
- Forecast and record savings achieved to help meet department goal
- Prepare routinely reports and present information to internal customers
- Develop creative approaches to review procurement process effectiveness and explore new solutions on IT domain
- Support contract management process
- Execute Purchase Orders
Things that should be in your background
- University degree in Economics or related fields
- 2-3 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing or equivalent role
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and Power Point
- Project management skills
- Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
