Reporting to the Head of WW Business Performance Management (BPM) in the Finance Team, you will support the General Management and Regional counterparts, providing WW Business & Sales KPIs analysis and reporting, as well as performance analysis and special projects monitoring. This function acts as an analytical engine of WW functions, both Retail / Digital and Indirect Channels to provide insights and support the best business decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Analysis of current and past trends in key performance indicators, including Sales, Transaction metrics as well as CRM
Support in creation, implementation and cascading of different projects
Monitor the Brand performance across the markets, highlighting trends and analyzing/investigating causes of unexpected variance
Provide business insights and identify opportunity/risk areas
Preparation of ad-hoc presentation and reports
Creation of monthly and weekly Corporate Dashboards and reports
Support the Top Management Business Review processes to facilitate exchanges between Corporate, Regional Management as well as our Holding
Develop models and analysis to support strategic decisions

Job Requirements

A minimum of 2+ years of proven experience as an Analyst in a Global/Retail company or multinational/complex environments
Advanced in Excel and Power Point (Oracle BI will be a plus)
Fluency in English and Italian
Strong analytical approach and financial modeling skills with business acumen and excellent communication skills
