Your opportunity
As part of Kering HR Shared Service organization, you will be supporting in managing the HR Administration and Operations services provided to our Brands in several countries: mostly in Switzerland, but also in Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic and Hungary.
Reporting to the local Head of HR Shared Service, this role requires close collaboration with HR Business Partners and employees by providing service excellence and sound advice.
How you will contribute
Manage the complete administrative life-cycle of Employees, from on boarding to off boarding, using tools such as Workday and Kering Connect
Provide first line support for advice to employees through Kering Connect on queries related to their employment such as insurances, work permits renewal, payroll and other administrative and operational matters
Support in managing monthly payroll activities
Advise and adapt contract processes according to HR Business Partners’ requirements
Ensure that all SLA are monitored and reported regularly to build HR Shared Service credibility and service standards
Establish strong working relationships with HR Business Partners by building trust and credibility; be approachable to all employees
Ensure cross brand consistency and compliance with Company policy and relevant legislation
Be responsible for regularly reviewing administrative processes, ensuring alignment with other HR teams and identifying efficiencies and areas for improvement
Coordinate and support regular audits on system and employee files ensuring the required compliance
Maintain all HR data with the support of the local Head of HR Shared Services
Work in close collaboration with other departments (Finance, IT etc.) to ensure efficient and proactive information sharing as required
Participate to ad hoc HR projects
Who you are
You have Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within a multinational organization
You have solid knowledge of the full MS Office package
You have strong ability to build trusted and credible relationships with stakeholders, at all levels
You are service and detail oriented
You are a self-starter who enjoys challenges; you have proactive attitude with a global mind-set and excellent communications skills
You are fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken; fluency in German will be considered a plus
