We are currently seeking a Head of Marketing Centralized Channels who will report to the Global Head of Centralized Channels in Milan.
How you will contribute
- Lead channel Trade Marketing teams in the development and implementation of 360° Trade Marketing plans for each channel/customer, taking a cross-brand approach and aiming to increase in-store visibility and sell out
- Foster the sharing of "best practices" with channel Trade Marketing teams by promoting new Trade implementations and initiatives to support sales
- Conduct Trade Marketing calls/meetings, to follow up on the development of ongoing projects and to gather feedback/needs specific to each channel/customer
- Coordinate the review/follow-up process of the investment plans of each Trade Marketing channel team, in synergy with the finance team
- Continuously monitor individual channel Trade Marketing investments vs. budget
- Support product development activities by identifying trends and specific needs of different markets/customers, in collaboration with Global Brand Management team and Product Design team
- Identifying new visibility opportunities for cross-channel ATL/Digital marketing activities, following up with channel Trade Marketing teams in the implementation and follow-up phase
Who you are
- University degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication or another relevant field of study
- 10 years of relevant professional experience in communication and events management, ideally in the fashion or agency industry
- Proficiency English level
- Leadership and people management skills are a must
- Entrepreneurial spirit and capability to create a strong and positive team spirit, providing a strong guidance
