The Transformation Office team of Kering Group is currently seeking a Group Change Management Lead to join our dynamic team in Milan or Paris.

Your opportunity

You will focus on transformation initiatives impacting current operating models, business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be to further develop and implement a change management strategy that maximizes adoption and minimizes resistance. This easy-to-implement framework needs to cover at a minimum change impact assessment, stakeholder management, organisational design, training, communication and engagement activities and it needs to address a project from a personal journey point of view, thus be employee-centric. The goal is to contribute to the success of the transformation initiatives within the Group and you will act as the referential authority with regards to change management by effectively collaborate with the various counterparts.

How you will contribute

  • Accountable for the development of the Kering transformation Framework
    • Develop the Framework with the “Change Coalition”, document it covering its methodology, tools and templates to be used
    • Enrich it with the experience of other seasoned change practitioners within the Group
    • Ensure a general awareness about “the Kering way” for transformation and change management
  • Animate the “Change Coalition”
    • Identify the change practitioners within the Group and create a change management community
    • Animate this network in order to share experiences among members and to elevate each other’s work
    • Continuously enrich the Group change approach with the member’s insights and knowledge
  • Responsible for ensuring this methodology is generally adopted and applied in projects
    • Proactively look for opportunities on where to apply the transformation framework
    • Coach change managers to integrate the necessary change management actions into their project plans and help them to deliver theme
    • Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor
    • Develop a 1-day training for Kering and brand managers as part of the Kering training programme
    • Develop a simple reporting process that monitor the change framework's adoption level

Who you are

  • Degree in business/economics, management, engineering or other related fields 
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in transformation management in multi-disciplinary businesses and digital contexts
  • General IT and business acumen. Quick in understanding any line of business
  • Capacity to approach change management in an analytical, methodological and pragmatical way
  • Ability to consult and be a good listener. Ability to articulate and present to all levels in the organisation
  • Strong organisation and moderation skills; capacity to simplify communication and complex methodologies
  • Excellent at partnering up with people of various cultures and personal styles in an international environment
  • Enthusiastic with high level of energy, self–motivation, resilience, drive and initiative
  • Experience in managing programme portfolios and risk; Project management certification is a plus
  • Experience in agile transformation would be a significant advantage
  • Availability to travel often and internationally
  • Fluent in English, Italian or French is considered a plus
