We are currently seeking a Head of Data Analytics to join our team.
You will be in charge of managing an emerging growing team of experts: data analysts, web analytists and data vizualisation specialists who are supporting Brands and Kering teams by monitoring and optimizing their business performance along the area of Client Engagement, E-Commerce and Operation. You will be an active contributor to the digital transformation of the group, leveraging your strategic vision.
You will be part of the Business Data Factory team including other departments: Data Governance, Client Engagement, Artificial Intelligence and China hub. The aim of the BDF is to deliver to the Brands a unique value proposition to unlock new benefits on e-commerce, Marketing and Operations.
How you will contribute
Structure and grow the teams, refining the activites to develop a center of excellence within the group
Bring insights, reporting, and analyses to enable the business and advocate for a data-driven culture
Leverage data and analytics solutions to crack complex problems, run ad’hoc analysis, and share business insights with business key stakeholders (marketing, finance, strategy, operation)
Support Brands and Kering ecommerce teams to monitore standard KPIs regarding their ecommerce business performance.
Develop best practices upon Brands and support them in their path to data maturity (trainings, analytics solutions deployment)
Develop full knowledge on data (collection and quality) and analytics solutions used in the group
Maintain and optimize data stacks and tech
Contribute actively to a data analyst community
Who you are
Passionate about leading and developing analytics team
Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders/ functional teams and have a proven ability to synthesize business needs into analytics solution and studies
Excellent communication skills, with strong convictions and a strategic vision
Knowledge about luxury markets, ecommerce & retail sectors
Passionate about data driven marketing and customer behavior analysis
Knowledge in supply chain
Analytical skills to identify performance factors and offer actionable recommendations for marketing, supply chain or ecommerce teams
Master’s degree in statistics or data analysis
Mastering of data analysis technics: data exploration tools, data visualization solutions and big data technologies and architecture
Mastering BI solutions, expertise in report automation
Knowledge in web analytics: solutions (GA, Content Square, etc) and technics (CRO)
Familiar with SQL, modeling knowledge
Ability to program in Python language or knowledge of tools such as Spark
Strong written and verbal communication skills
7-12 years of experience
Excellent written and spoken language skills in English and ability to work in multi-cultural & multi-lingual environment
Spoken Italian is a plus
