KERING Indirect Procurement Manager

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un Indirect Procurement Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe à Paris. L’équipe Achats indirects EMEA a une approche globale et travaille constamment en synergie avec les équipes internationales et collabore avec d’autres équipes Achats au niveau Kering et Marques.

Votre opportunité :

Vous travaillerez au sein de l’équipe Achats indirects de Kering et des Marques du Groupe pour soutenir la gestion des catégories et des projets dans un environnement international et mondial.

Votre contribution :

• Sourcing et gestion des fournisseurs

• Suivi de la base de données fournisseur

• Gestion d’appel d’offres (RFI, RFP)

• Soutenir, gérer et développer la contribution des « Achats indirects » aux catégories RH, Digital et IT en soutenant pleinement le Head of Indirect Procurement.

• Soutenir la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques, des indices de référence et des indicateurs clés de performance dans le secteur du luxe en tirant parti de l’expérience acquise dans le même secteur ou dans d’autres secteurs sur le marché

• Soutenir et développer les activités, les projets et les catégories de coûts de l’équipe conformément aux politiques du Groupe afin d’obtenir les avantages économiques et macro opérationnels

• Superviser les procédures et les guidelines de l’entreprise

• Renforcer la collaboration et les relations entre les clients internes avec les fournisseurs

• Reporting ad hoc, demandé par la direction pour la gestion du Groupe et la vérification de la conformité des données économiques avec l’équipe financière

Vous êtes :

• De formation Bac +5 (Ingénieur ou Ecole de Commerce ou équivalent) avec une spécialisation en Achats

• Une expérience confirmée en Achats

• Une expérience de gestion de catégorie Digital, RH et IT est un plus

• Bonne connaissance des principes de planification et des principes financiers

• Team player, capacité d’adaptation et diplomatie

• Compétences prouvées en communication et négociation

• Autonomie, capacité à prendre des décisions

• Simple et transparent avec un grand enthousiasme dans ce que vous faites

• Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles nécessaires pour assurer le lien entre stakeholders et les fournisseurs

• Maîtriser les outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (écrit et oral); l’italien est un plus

We are currently seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager to join our team in Paris. The Team of EMEA Indirect Procurement has a global approach and works constantly in synergy with international teams and by collaborating with other Procurement teams at Kering and Brands levels.

Your opportunity

You will work within the Kering Indirect Procurement team and Brands of Kering Group supporting the management of the categories within the roadmap and projects with EMEA on an international and global environment.

How you will contribute

• Suppliers’ scouting, sourcing, management and contracting

• Supplier’s database monitoring

• RFI and RFP management

• Support, manage and develop the Procurement contribution to HR, Digital and IT categories in full support to the Head of Indirect Procurement

• Support the implementation of best practices, benchmarks, KPIs in the Luxury industry by taking advantage of experience in same filed or in other industry on the market

• Support and develop the team activities, projects and costs categories in compliance with the Group Policies in order to achieve the economic and macro-operating benefits

• Oversee company procedures and guidelines practices and communicate eventual discrepancies

• Boost stakeholder’s collaboration and relationship both in the Company and with the Partners in market

• Ad hoc reporting, requested by Senior Management for the Group management and verification of economic data conformity with the finance team

Who you are

• Graduate in Economics or Management Engineering or equivalent

• Confirmed experience in Indirect Procurement with a dedicated mission in Digital, HR and IT

• Good knowledge of main Planning principles and of main financial principles

• Individual with great attention to Team development and team player

• Proactive, flexible and dynamic

• Excellent communicator with proven interpersonal skills

• Simple and transparent with a great enthusiasm in what you do

• Expert on Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken; Italian as a plus

• Open to multicultural, international, multigender environment
