We are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator who will report to the Payroll Manager as part of the Global HR Shared Service team. You will be based in Kering Offices in London, Victoria.  

  

Your Opportunity  

To provide the effective processing of the monthly payroll for all Kering luxury brands in the UK and administer all reward and benefits provision for all levels of employees. 

 

How you will contribute 

  • Responsibility to ensure the timely processing and accuracy of over 1700 employees on 17 UK and 1 Irish payrolls 
  • Collate, prepare and process variable payments/deductions 
  • Create and maintain Parental Leave schedules and payments 
  • Processing of starters and leavers 
  • HR accounting - preparation of journals and full reconciliation  
  • Deal with pay & reward queries at all levels 
  • Processing salary review and bonus proposals on an annual basis 
  • Internal reporting for payroll approval 
  • Assist with internal and external audit requirements 
  • Constantly review processes and procedures to maintain an effective service 
  • Expense processing 
  • Assisting with projects and other adhoc duties 
  • Manage starters/leaver/changes in payroll 
  • Administer pension scheme in payroll system and raise payments 
  • Order and reconcile lunch cards 
  • Prepare and arrange distribution of payslips and Luncheon Vouchers 
  • Total personnel cost analysis 
  • P11D and PSA annual returns 
  • Filing and archiving 
  • New joiner meetings/inductions 
  • Order Childcare Vouchers 
  • New joiner/leaver/life style change data for flexible rewards 
  • Reward communications 

  

Who you are 

  • Strong PAYE legislative knowledge 

  • Excellent attention to detail 

  • Analytical and process driven 

  • Excellent IT skills, especially Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc) 

  • Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure 

  • Ability to prioritise  

  • Knowledge of both corporate and retail payrolls  

  • Good communication skills 

  • Team player
