Today Pomellato is a global luxury jewellery brand with over 60 flagship boutiques and corners around the world.

We are currently looking for a Brand & Sales HR Business Partner who will be based in our HQ in Milan. Based on the business needs, you will act as the main point of reference on all HR topics for our managers and employees in Europe, with a particular focus on Retail Stores.

You will deliver excellent HR services to our customers and ensure an employee experience in line with the Pomellato DNA.

How you will contribute:

  • Ensure effective talent attraction & acquisition for Brand & Sales areas
  • Work closely with Line Managers in order to support the business needs
  • Ensure excellence in delivering HR processes (admin HR, payroll, legal...) also dealing with local Kering shared services
  • Manage employee issues as well as ensure compliance with local legislations
  • Responsible for the implementation of HR projects and policies
  • Work closely with HR Director in forecast and budget processes, in partnership with the HR Cost controlling team
  • Maintain effective and accurate data for HR and retail KPIs

Qualifications and competencies:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a HR Business Partner position in a luxury or premium Retail organization
  • Brand Ambassador passionate about fashion and retail, service oriented
  • Excellent communication style and strong relationship skills
  • Organized and process driven, great attention to details
  • Fluent in Italian and English
