Your opportunity
We are currently looking for a CRM Campaign Specialist to join our Pomellato and Dodo Retail Performance and Clienteling team.

How you will contribute

  • Innovate and enhance Pomellato’s and Dodo’s contact and content strategy through the development of relevant and engaging campaigns

  • Manage the execution of all the CRM campaigns and stimulate the local CRM Expert to ensure the best follow-up/feedback

  • Ensure campaign implementation follows the integrated marketing plan working closely with Brand and Ecommerce Teams

  • Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of CRM campaigns and their success

  • Liaise with the external agency to oversee the technical implementation of the campaigns

  • Plan the automatized campaigns (journeys) linked to client lifecycle events

  • Work closely with the regions to collect local needs and adapt accordingly the campaign calendar

  • Identify new opportunities/improvement based on campaign performance and customer data and put them in place

  • Implement innovative a/b testing initiatives to drive an ongoing improvement of client engagement

  • Propose and execute enhancements on channels, content, template

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and run competitive analysis

  • Have a performance-orientated approach

Who you are

  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role

  • Advanced Multivariate and a/b testing techniques

  • Omnichannel experience

  • Knowledge of HTML is a plus

  • Good understanding of CRM applications throughout the customer lifecycle

  • Good understanding of data segmentation and profiling techniques

  • A high level of accuracy and attention to details, even when working under pressure

  • Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud

  • Fully proficient and confident in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Fluent in English
