Your opportunity
We are currently looking for a CRM Analyst to join our Pomellato and Dodo Retail Performance and Clienteling team.
How you will contribute
Analyze data, clients’ segment and identify appropriate clusters for actions
Define yearly CRM KPI’s targets at a worldwide and regional level
Prepare weekly and monthly reports to monitor the key KPI’s of different business areas (especially retail and e-commerce)
Create dashboards, reports, analysis based on specific business needs to support strategic decision-making
Customers and database analysis to profile better our customers/potentials and to define marketing campaigns/business strategies
Work closely with campaign teams in the definition and implementation of database campaigns and customer journeys (with a specific focus on audiences)
Oversee database quality (data de-duplication, profiles merging, single customer view)
Be aware legal topics related to CRM activities
Support discounts and store credits management
Analyze benchmarks and best practices in the related industry
Collect feedbacks from Regions to enhance reports and analysis
Provide information and data related to sales performance useful for Sales Excellence team.
Who you are
Strong analytical background (at least 3 years)
Understanding of figures and KPIs
Professional use of Excel and Power Point
Fluent in English
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility and ability to adap in a fast-moving environment
Strong attention to details and organizational skills
Proactivity and open-minded
