We capture these beliefs in our signature: “Empowering Imagination.” The Mall Luxury Outlets is currently seeking for a Chinese speaking Tourism Marketing Key Account, focused on the South East Asian markets, who will join our dynamic Team in Sanremo.

Your opportunity

The Mall Luxury Outlets is looking for a Tourism Marketing Key Account, speaking English and Chinese (Italian as a plus). He/she will be focused on the development and management of relationships with relevant touristic players and operators to address the flow of Asian customers, with a particular focus on the South East Asian markets.

The Mall Sanremo and The Mall Firenze are exclusive luxury outlet malls located in Italy. Each and every year they welcome millions of worldwide visitors and collaborate with international travel players in order to increase leisure, MICE and FIT visitors incoming.

How you will contribute

  • Support the Tourism Marketing Coordinator in defining the short and medium-term strategy to develop the incoming flows of qualitative visitors to our malls
  • Identify suitable stakeholders of luxury hospitality (e.g. Hotels, Luxury Private Villas, Concierge Services, Tour Operators, DMC, Travel Agencies, Yacht and Golf Clubs, OTA's, Tourist Networks, Air Companies, etc.) to develop new collaborations and roll out an effective plan to best exploit the target markets
  • Develop and manage the relationships with DMC in Italy and Cote D’Azur to address Asian visitors, with a particular focus on the South East Asian markets.
  • Analyze the markets and tourists flow trends to better address and update the development of the related business
  • Attend Tourist Exhibitions, B2B Trips/Meetings and Workshops to promote The Mall Luxury Outlets brand, taking care of the follow up
  • Organize periodical sales calls to Asia Pacific, mainly to the South East Asian countries, to enhance the collaboration with relevant partners and develop new relations with potential new collaborators
  • Take care of the reservations of the visits, organize and welcome familiarization trips
  • Collect and address needs and requests of hotels, tour operators and customers, assuring them a unique luxury shopping experience at our malls
  • Prepare periodic reports and analysis on achieved results and market trends

Who you are

  • You have a proven experience in the luxury tourism industry as Incoming Tour Operator, Front Office Agent at Hôtellerie, Sales Agent, Reservation Agent or similar positions
  • You are a professional with excellent commercial awareness and customized communication skills, able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • You are an empathic person, able to easily build up interpersonal relationships
  • You are a passionate and enthusiastic person, with never ending energy and positive attitude
  • You proficient in using MS Office Suite and social media
  • You are open to travel 60%-80% of the time
  • You have a full proficiency in English, and fluent in Chinese (Italian is a plus)
