We are currently looking for a Business Manager based in Bergdorf Goodman New York.
How you will contribute:
Effectively work with the store’s sales force to achieve sales goals across 8 categories of business, while also reaching the strategic objectives of the brand
Provide comprehensive business recaps inclusive of, but not limited to KPIs such as, sales, sell through, style selling, competitive ranking and business trends, product feedback, promotional activity and shipping.
Create/present/execute strategic plans inclusive of key actions across each major category of business targeting team, stock, real estate positioning and visual merchandising
Conduct regular meetings with corporate and merchant team partners to review performance, and align to strategy
Develop and train to Product knowledge and client experience regularly
Review and enhance individual client development plans and enhance client experience
Provide and inspire outstanding service to our customers.
Organize and coordinate events with Corporate Office to increase traffic in the Store
Ensure Visual Merchandising is in line with benchmark standards
Proactively problem solve around challenges such as service, efficiency, and productivity
Your Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge of the luxury industry consistent with Alexander McQueen standards
7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a luxury product setting
Strong experience across both high touch and commodity categories
Ability to balance and achieve strategic/operational and sales objectives in tandem
Sense of initiative, perseverance, determination and commercial creativity
Ability to provide outstanding customer service in line with both Alexander McQueen and Bergdorf Goodman expectations
Enthusiasm, Pride of belonging, passion for the product
