Your Opportunity

We are currently seeking an ambitious, organized and proactive team member to support the President of the Americas as part of our dynamic team in New York City.

This role is well suited for someone who is driven and passionate about the fashion industry. The ideal candidate should be entrepreneurial and interested in learning about the ins and outs of a luxury business through hands-on experience.

How You Will Contribute

  • Administrative support to the President of the Americas
    • Perform general administrative duties including calendar coordination and meeting preparation
    • Process expenses and arrange travel, business trips and store visits on behalf of the President
    • Create daily tgt files, Weekly market share reports, and weekly sales associate ranking files.
       
  • Office Management
    • Manage and coordinate a variety of office duties
    • Ordering Stationery and office supplies for the NYC team
    • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
  • Project Management
    • Organize company events, dinners, volunteering and other corporate team activities
    • Organize an annual friends and family sale event together with our merchandising and retail operations teams
    • Compile monthly presentations for Regional and Budget calls with department heads and HQ
  • Special Projects (as needed). In the past these have included:
    • Market research projects
    • Marketwide customer service analyses
    • Regional product development projects
    • Assisting in tracking store sales targets, KPIs and market share progress
    • Assisting in compiling weekly merchandising reports and business recaps as needed

Who You Are

  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proficient in Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with Concur a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Teams a plus
  • Must have a proven record of commitment, ambition and drive toward establishing and achieving goals
  • Must have flexibility
  • Sensitive to confidential information
  • Strong follow up skills
