BALENCIAGA Account Executive

Enhances relationships with key partners and suggests a partners distribution/target list. Monitors sales KPIs to ensure that partners are achieving maximum sales potential. Guarantees stock in wholesale partners, manages orders and delivery process. Provides training on brands and product characteristics.

Key Accountabilities

  • Cultivate an active dialogue with clients regarding product, brand positioning and develop action-oriented proposals
  • Responsible for sales analysis and compiling selling reports at a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis
  • Monitor sale performance of this year vs. last year totals as well as this year actual vs. this year planned sales
  • Complete all reporting on aged inventory analysis
  • Travel to wholesale locations to manage the training of sales staff on the brand, collection, and visual merchandising
  • Responsible for maintaining and growing all relationships with current and future buyers
  • Partner with Account Receivable to facilitate payment when necessary
  • Manage SKU counts and online business presence to maintain merchandising standards
  • Monitor shipping status and communicate to appropriate vendors and buyers on a weekly basis
  • Responsible for order entry and processing as well as generating reorders as require from stock needs
  • Provide visual merchandising feedback based on sales and notes from DSA’s
  • Manage DSA program and monitor performance on a monthly basis

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business or related discipline
  • 3+ years of applicable experience in a luxury fashion company
  • Strong knowledge in Excel
  • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
  • Proven ability to drive results
  • Passionate about exceeding corporate goals and driving business through excellent execution
  • Ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to travel
