Role Mission

The Visual Merchandiser is the point person to ensure the synergy of visual directives, business needs and image consistency across the Americas. He/She will empower and drive the team to the commitment of excellence in visual display.

Key Accountabilities

  • Follow all visual directives via photographs and master VM guidelines executing point of sale (wholesale) set-ups;
  • Provide PowerPoint recaps from all store visits and field team visits to be shared with WW Visual Merchandising Manager;
  • Assisting/coordinating local teams in the setup and installation of the Shop-in-Shops/ Pop Ups/Travel Exhibits/Events;
  • Implement and maintain visual displays and merchandising to maximize store business;
  • Ongoing training of field team and sales associates in visual merchandising standards;
  • Execute display for windows, merchandising and special events throughout region and the main top retailer doors in region;
  • Remain aware of the competition in visual industry standards in the marketplace, sharing picture reports of installations/visual set-ups of relevant competitors in the region;
  • Partner with Directors and Regional Sales Managers to effectively support current business trends with visual needs as they arise;
  • Travel required throughout the region to support visual needs;
  • Responsible to respect travel budget as provided by corporate team.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years professional experience;
  • Luxury background;
  • Must be very flexible with hours of work;
  • Must be comfortable with ever changing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Available to work ad-hoc overnights and weekends to meet urgent deadlines;
  • Strong attention to detail and passion to work quickly/efficiently to meet deadlines;
  • Candidate should be open to regular travel as needed within the region to support the visual team as needed;
  • Ad-hoc travel at short notice may be required several times throughout the year;
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and basic photography skills;
  • Valid drive license.
