We are currently seeking a Regional Samples Planning Coordinator who will report to the VP of Sales Operations as part based out in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
Your opportunity
Manage the regional samples process in a comprehensive, innovative, timely and accurate fashion. Work along with supply chain, planning and logistics (Regional and Headquarter) to deliver service excellence. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
How you will contribute
- Own the regional samples and selling tools budgets
- Own the entire samples process and policy at regional level
- Be responsible for samples-related KPIs
- Manage the entire samples order portfolio
- Maintain and cross-functionally enforce samples calendars at regional level
- Manage the samples delivery flow by liaising directly with planning, logistics and internal customer while acting
- As first point of escalation in the event of any query/issue
- Analyze and coordinate quarterly core assortment reviews and samples recalls
- Coordinate and manage annual samples inventory with brand ambassadors and showrooms
- Supervise samples returns in compliance with agreed procedures
- Supervise samples transfers between brand ambassadors and showrooms
- Support regional sales events and showrooms from ensuring completeness and on time delivery of samples to samples requests from sales team, event set preparation and coordination of event logistics
- Own and manage the samples set warehouse storage location
- Coordinate warehouse and transportation activities related to samples management
- Supervise customer master data ensuring timely maintenance, accuracy, completeness and integrity of all information
- Act as first point of escalation in case of commercial, logistics, product claims related to samples
- Maintain, continuously identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement
Who you are
- 2+ years of work experience preferably in a B2B fashion environment
- Sales support and logistics experience within a controlled environment of advantage
- Experience with SAP implementation and/or use of advantage
- Master degree in Supply Chain or business administration, or equivalent business experience
- Good business knowledge of pre-sales and order-to-cash flows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel
- Working knowledge of SAP of advantage
