We are currently seeking a Showroom Coordinator who will report to VP of Sales Operations as part based out in New York office.

Your opportunity

The Showroom Coordinator is responsible to manage the New York Showroom. Responsibilities include daily Open/close of the showroom, maintain reception of all guests, coordinating maintenance of the showroom with vendors (cleaning service, other as directed). Coordinate Samples management in the showroom with Sales Support team – primary responsibility to maintain samples in the Miami showroom. The main objective of the role is to ensure the showroom is operational and meets Kering’s standards at all times. In addition the Showroom Coordinator is responsible for executing initiatives to support customer meetings, sales events and other general meetings as directed.

How you will contribute

  • Daily open/close of the showroom
  • Reception – of all guests/visitors by managing reception desk
  • Assist Sales Leaders with sales events, campaigns and customer meetings
  • Maintain New York Samples in coordination with Sales Support: 
  • Sending samples out for advertisements
  • Sending samples out for events (Trunk shows/sales events)
  • Logging all loaned samples and facilitating the return
  • Sample management for market weeks (5 times a year)
  • Packing samples for accounts (meetings and events)
  • Communicating with sample team
  • Inventory management
  • Cleaning all samples
  • Ensure the highest possible customer service
  • Assist with travel arrangements for guests/other as directed
  • Maintain showroom to top standards at all times :
  • Office supply management
  • Vendor management (catering, floral, cleaning service, building management)
  • New hire intro
  • Answer phones
  • Market/Event planning
  • Event coordinator
  • Scheduling for all sales campaigns (VEW, VEE, Market, etc)
  • Representative of the Kering brand at all times demonstrating professionalism. Be hands on and willing to assist in other areas of the business

Who you are

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Prefered showroom or office reception/management experience
  • Self-starter with the ability to organize and manage own workload
  • 2-3 years’ work experience in luxury
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish language required
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook (Excel, Power Point, Word; Email)
