We are currently looking for someone to provide management & development of Mexico & Latin America within the different sales channels: retail & wholesale.
How you will contribute:
Reporting to the President of the America’s region, and based in MEXICO/MIAMI, you will define and implement a network development strategy for wholesale in South America to maximize sales and visibility. In Mexico, you will fine tune and grow the wholesale channel within a prestigious group of retailers and help lead the retail channel in conjunction with the team in New York to help achieve sales budgets and satisfy local needs as well as improve overall performance.
Drive sales & achieve sales target
In the retail channel, collaborate with head of stores to ensure sales and strategy are on track
At key events provide a presence for sales team with final clients
Provide feedback on the activities of the channel to ensure ongoing success and possible changes needed
Enhances relationships with key partners in Wholesale & Palacio De Hierro to develop business
Define LATAM retailers for network development and continue negotiations underway
Monitors Wholesale performance to ensure that partners are achieving maximum sales potential.
Visits Wholesale Accounts on a regular basis to ensure assortment and VM standards are in place
Develop a coop marketing strategy for the entire zone in conjunction with the team in the Corporate Office
Ensures openings of accounts are supported with 360 strategy to ensure success.
Attends trade shows and corporate meetings as required.
Provides training on brand and product characteristics with the support of the Training Manager.
Prepare market surveys and business plans in conjunction with the Sales Analyst
Ensure that all marketing tools are implemented in the market effectively
Propose and manage sales budget of the business annually as well as revisions.
Who you are:
University Degree or equivalent
5 – 8 years of sales experience within the luxury jewelry or watch industry in the Mexico & LATAM region
Fluent in Spanish & English
Strong sales and analytical skills with the ability to work independently
Highly collaborative and excellent team player
Excellent communication skills, reliable and well organized
