We are currently looking for a Retail Training Manager, reporting to the Senior Retail Training Manager to join our dynamic team in Korea.
How you will contribute:
To collaborate with WW Training Department and ensure the training is coherent and consistent within their Region
To support the organization, the yearly training Calendar for their Region in accordance to local needs and WW Training Department guidelines and build annual training program and prepare teaching plans
To collaborate with their direct report and support any local training adaptation needed in line with local cultural difference and local needs whilst respecting Brand Global guidelines
To organize and deliver classroom Immersion program for newly hired retail employees following WW Training Department guidelines ensuring new hires are trained within 90 days of employment
In charge of the coaching for their Region to guarantee the achievement of Service Excellence in the stores by regular training and in the filed coaching of Service Values, selling techniques & Client journey
To organize classroom, digital training to develop skills necessary to the sales team in their Region
The ability to adapt to different level of understanding and ability of participants by identifying and evaluating strengths and weaknesses and deal with challenging situation with a positive and solution finding approach
Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior and periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure they reflect local specificities
Follow-up on mystery shopping results and support the service evaluation and improvement needed
Collect feedback from Store manager /Retail team to identify the training needs and suggest improvements
Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development and competitors
Supervise the proper deployment of the training related materials.
Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals following WW Training Department guidelines and local needs
Work with the manger in the training budget definition for the area of reference and ensure its control
Report monthly training/ coaching result and trainee’s feedback to manager
Who you are:
At least 10 years of experience as a trainer in a luxury fashion or retail industry.
At least 1 year of field coaching experience is mandatory
Minimum of 3 year of retail and stores experience is preferred
