We are currently seeking a Real Estate Intern who will be part of Kering Americas Real Estate team based in our Corporate Headquarters in New York City. You will gain hands-on experience with Kering brands.

How you will contribute

  • Conduct research to contribute to competitor and new market analysis to assist in strategy development

  • Collect, analyze, and benchmark rents compared to fair market value, and occupancy costs overall

  • Review leases and prepare abstracts of key business terms

  • Prepare written materials for presentations and business memorandums

  • Compile and manage real estate transaction and lease files

  • Find innovative ways to use data to help support business cases

Who you are

  • Currently obtaining master’s degree and based in the tri-state NYC area

  • Fluent in English, second language a plus

  • Interest within luxury retail/fashion

  • Organized and detail orientated

  • Ability to manage multiple work streams under tight frames

  • Innovative and creative to continuously improve processes and ways of working

  • Proven advanced skillset in PowerPoint and Excel

  • Ability to demonstrate experience or exposure to real estate
