Background & Mission Along with the business expansion as well as transferring payroll operative tasks out t o Kering Shared Service, demands are increasing on C&B for more qualitative involvement in HR strategy planning as well as business functions priorities in short/mid terms, to sustain the organization growth. And for long term, C&B will be the critical key role to build employees engagement by providing distinguished HR programs, guidelines, and systems. This rol e also needs to act as business partner to work closely with t he Retail Performance Excellence & HR Controller in Finance, recognizing the direction & priorities by being always aligned with HR key managers and CPO . By closely collaborating with stakeholde rs, s/he will p roactively identify the priorities of HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
⚫ Process Lead for annual merit increase, regularly maintain accurate employee data, interface to Kering Group
Shared Service HR for basic payroll admin
⚫ Prepare to participate annual salary survey and maintain internal salary range based on it
⚫ Projects Lead Proactively collaborate with Retail HR, Office HR and CPO for various global & local projects
relating to HR system, program, guidelines, etc
⚫ Business r elated data consolidation & regular report Headcount, Retail incentive, etc
⚫ Manage the operation of HR Database (Workday), in collaborating within the department, and with respective
counterparts (Kering Japan HR, Gucci HQ,)
⚫ Regular reports to HQ Headcount, Organization
⚫ Support HRBPs for annual evaluation process thru the syste m
⚫ HR related regular data monthly report Overtime, Personnel costs, Employees KPIs (service years, turnover, gender ratio , etc )

Experience & Qualifications
⚫ 5+ yrs of overall experience in C&B including compensation management , handling Merit Increase activity ,
executive package management, expats management .
⚫ Experience in B to C international company or HR strategic consulting firms . R etail experience is advantage but not mandatory

⚫ Operational experience on HR database (Workday, SAP, Company, etc). Operational experience on HR database (Workday, SAP, Company, etc).
⚫ Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel skill
⚫ Advanced knowledge about Japanese labor management law
⚫ High English and Japanese language ability, able to interact with Japanese local employees in stores and non--Japanese leaders in the office including President
⚫ Insightful ability and flexibility towards complex matters
⚫ Must be a proactive team player
