We are currently seeking a Digital Content Coordinator who will report to the WW Omni-Channel Director, based in our central London offices.
Alexander McQueen is recruiting a pivotal role for the E-Business and OMNI team to be the point of contact for all website content within the scope of e-commerce and omni channel.
The Digital Content Coordinator will be the connector between the brand sites as well as other digital touchpoints and various departments, including among all Merchandising and Communication teams, to maintain an efficient workflow for site content, ensuring a high standard of output.
He/she will be responsible for driving content planning for the site and ensure content is delivered (and maintained) on time to serve collection lifecycle.
The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing creative and business needs, while being sensitive to the specifics of a top tier luxury house.
Working across multiple streams simultaneously, this person must be organized, highly adaptive and with a mindset adept to managing and building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
How you will contribute:
Key Responsibilities (ecommerce – digital content – content management systems – omnichannel – product management information systems – project management)
Drive site content planning and content development liaising with Merchandsing and Communication teams and in alignment with the marketing calendar
Own the execution for various collection launches on website
Work alongside Omni Director and Regional teams to define content strategy for concessions
Facilitate sharing of information and good practices between various teams to balance strategical brand objectives and commercial needs
Set up product catalogue for each collection launch
Prepare and keep up to date the product assortment
Draft mock ups and/or prepare briefs and create landing pages for marketing campaigns
Constantly make sure the website feels fresh and information is accurate and up to date in collaboration with rest of Digital/Omni team
Support development organization in improving site user experience as well as improving back office systems
Work with various teams inside the organization or external partners in preparing and managing workflows for copywriting, translastions and photos
Use analytics tool to run reports and identify areas that need attention
Your Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Proficient spoken and written English, second language (Italian/French) a bonus but not essential
Previous experience in a similar role. Experience with a CMS and/or PIM platform required.
Expertise with standard digital design tools, among which Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, InVision, etc. is considered a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Power Point, Word and Excel
Collaborative, team player with the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and team members
Naturally proactive and a creative problem solver
Strong eye for detail, highly organized and able to work calmly under pressure and to time- sensitive timelines.
Excellent communication skills and consistent follow-through
