We are currently seeking a Wholesale Assistant as part of our dynamic team in London to support the functions of Key account manager & to oversee and develop independent and speciality store across the EMEA region.
How you will contribute?
Participation to create client distribution/target list for Sales Area to EMEA Sales Manager on a Seasonal basis.
Support the Key Account manager & Head of Sales with activities for Department stores, Ecomm majors & specialty stores
Understanding the markets, clients, potential clients, and opportunities in all areas.
Managing of the assigned clients in order to reach targets and goals of the markets given by the Area Manager & Head of Sales.
Assist customer service with PO inquires, discrepancies, RA, deliveries, repairs
Manage shipping for the department by run and recap weekly delivery reports (SCDM, MIM) to monitor delivery flow and identify issues
Assist team with sales and shipping reports and have the ability to identify opportunities to increase business, move merchandise and support the performances with commercial actions to increase sell out in all platforms.
Market visits and surveys with delivery of Brand, Product and Seasonal trainings. At times when physical travel isn’t suitable, then to be comfortable conducting these over digital channels.
Work closely with all internal teams including Communications, Merchandising and Design to give informative and constructive market feedback.
Monitor and support e-commerce accounts as it relates to pricing, copy information, brand presentation, and image requirements for accurate and appropriate brand representation
Request and consolidate weekly sales reports from key partners
Maintain invoice log for co-op, chargebacks and RTVs
Produce professional quality PPT decks to be presented to management
Market week/Seasonal campaign
Partner with showroom coordinator in Milan to properly prepare before each campaign including but not limited to scheduling photoshoots, showroom sellers, special sample requests etc.
Enter/ check clients’ orders during sales campaign and send client order confirmations once finalized
Support Account Manager & Head of sales with showroom appointments
Create linesheets, selling tools and presentations for department
Your skills and experience
Previous work experience in a similar role, managing wholesale clients within Contemporary Fashion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills/able to communicate effectively across organization.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability.
Poses ability to thrive in a goal-driven and fast pace environment
Exhibit a strong work ethic, high energy level, and detail/team-oriented
Passion for product and retail
Highly organized with strong follow up skills.
Excellent computer skills (Excel, Power Point and Outlook proficiency). Use of Joor beneficial.
Fluency in English, French is a bonus
