The MCQ Wholesale team is seeking for an experienced Wholesale Executive to join the team in London and support the Head of Wholesale to further develop our wholesale business across UK & European Key Accounts and Boutiques.
How you will contribute?
Maximise the distribution potential each season through understanding the markets, clients, and opportunities in each area.
Develop and nurture relationships with clients (including Boutiques) through constant communication to identify and develop proactive as well as reactive business plans
Support the Head of Wholesale in preparing budgets by customer and their ongoing management
Responsible for the Sales Campaign to drive sales and actively manage customer orders to ensure that they meet deadlines, review all orders and ensuring they are in line with agreed OTB and Essential plan
Act as a Brand Guardian, coaching and educating clients to ensure guidelines are implemented in order to maximize commercial gains and respect the brand
Responsible for preparing weekly reports, including, but not limited to, analysis of sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes, managing and controlling data analysis, stock levels, best sellers, KPI’s, collating all Sell Through’s and VM reports
Assist customer service with PO inquires, discrepancies, RA, deliveries, repairs
Ensure all clients respect MCQ wholesale guidelines doing market visits.
Assist team with sales and shipping reports and have the ability to identify opportunities to increase business, move merchandise and support the performances with commercial actions to increase sell out in all platforms.
Work closely with all internal teams including Communications, Merchandising and Design to give informative and constructive market feedback.
Your Skills and Experience:
Previous work experience in a similar role with a solid background/expertise in Contemporary Fashion/Streetwear
Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial spirit
Results driven with proven experience in budgeting (sales forecasting) and exceeding targets
You have impeccable presentation and communication skills, both verbally and written
Highly organised and analytical
A strong team player who is able to work across multiple teams and time zones
You enjoy working in fast-paced, agile commercial environments
A dedicated individual with a high work ethic, integrity and reliability with a “hands on” attitude
Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability.
Excellent computer skills (Excel, Power Point and Outlook proficiency). Use of Joor beneficial.
Passion for product and retail
Fluent in English with French a bonus.
