SUMMARY

This is a role with primary responsibilities to manage MCQ portfolio in Asia Pacific including budget management, retail performance and executing the MCQ wholesale strategy across the Franchise points of sale and our wholesale key accounts in the region.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy to nurture relationships with key partners, building strong retail performance across all stores to facilitate growth in these channels. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To drive full price sales and a positive P&L in all franchise stores
  • To contribute towards developing the WW franchise strategy align with HQ and regional direction
  • To prepare monthly business review and a deep dive on fiscal performance and to raise issues that are a barrier to growth and sales
  • To hold monthly business update with partners to asses business performance and needs
  • To visit existing and potential franchise partners, maximise time in stores to evaluate business and needs & ensure complete brand representation and execution of strategy across all stores and accounts
  • To evaluate of new business opportunities and development of the existing network
  • To manage budget and forecast process
  • To organize staff and clients training of the franchise partners and key accounts
  • To ensure that an annual window and lightbox scheme is planned and implemented to key annual dates, including season launch dates
  • To build marketing plan by account to support the sales
  • To monitor, brief, collate and dispatch all inter-company marketing materials including seasonal collateral, such as look books, Campaign Imagery, GWP’s, assuring alignment with the directly operated POS

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Degree and above in Fashion Retail Management, Business Administration or equivalent with a minimum of 8-year relevant experience
    • Solid experience in managing Wholesalers, Franchise, and/or Travel Retail across Asia Pacific Region
    • A solid background/expertise within the Luxury fashion industry is preferred
    • Proven strategic and analytical skills monitoring sell-out performance
    • Impeccable presentation and communication skills, both verbally and written
    • Results driven with proven experience in budgeting (sales forecasting) and exceeding targets
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and commercially minded
    • Experience in working in fast-paced, agile commercial environments
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
    • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
