Main objectives of the Job
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for ensuring efficient delivery of the end-to-end recruitment process for Office and Retail Stores.
Leading the execution of the recruitment strategy and operations s/he will ensure the placement of the right people into the right roles in the right timing.
Main Responsibilities
Recruitment strategy & execution
- Understand the staffing and talent needs to anticipate and deploy recruitment activities
- Provide the best service at optimal cost (sourcing tools, internal vs external talent pools, agency relationships)
- Contribute to define a recruitment timeline for new store openings and ensure its effective implementation
Recruitment and candidate experience
- Oversee the recruitment process for all roles from sourcing to the onboarding of selected candidates
- Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers coworking with HR Business Partner
- Ensure Balenciaga candidate experience is respected throughout the recruitment process, including appropriate, timely and quality feedback and communication.
- Manage all the recruitment activities through workday respecting the group guideline
Talent Network
- Create and maintain an external talent pipeline aligned with the business needs
- Understand the industry trends to anticipate challenges and opportunities to provide the best recruitment service
- Represent Balenciaga in the campus management activities
Project and improvement
- Participate in HR and TA projects to constantly improve the recruitment strategy with the Global and the group TA community
- Champion Diversity and Inclusion practices to support the roll out of related initiatives

- Adherence to recruitment plan
- Recruitment dashboard and Workday administrative accuracy
- Time to short list candidates
- Average recruitment time (end to end)
- % of successful probation periods
- Retention rate after 1 year

Key Experience
- Proven ability to understand and execute recruitment strategies (Retail industry experience is preferrable)
- Experience delivering in a high-volume of hiring, fast paced environment
- Proven ability to source candidates and create a talent pool
- Significant practice of assessment techniques and competency and behavioral interviews methodologies
- Experience being a key user of a recruitment database or HR system responsible for systems administration
