We are currently looking for a E-Commerce Executive, reporting to the Senior Marketing & Communication Manager to join our dynamic team in Korea.

How you will contribute:

1) Responsible for content updates, promotional updates, and translation review in line with Brand Communication

  • Liaise with brand, regional and global stakeholders to establish and manage affiliate level E/M-Commerce activities 

  • Develop digital content and maintain the content publishing editorial calendar

  • Review translation properly aligning with the word that we use for Brand Communication

  • Update store locator as soon as new store opens

  • Regular site QA to ensure quality and accuracy of all the digital assets on the site

2) Plan website strategy in line with Marketing Communication Activities such as pop up, local moment and digital AD, etc.

  • Update local calendar and create the page for 360 communication – special page for pop up and develop focus item page aligning with local assortment or exposures, etc.

  • Co-work with local marketing to enhance the productivity of digital marketing activities and CRM activities to make a synergy E-Comm business with digital marketing activities

  •  Manage the paid search (Naver/Daum) performance by brand priorities each period with cross pillars’ marketing

  • Work closely with CS to provide customers with best in class online shopping experiences

3) Analyze and report digital actions monthly for successes & new opportunities.

  • Monitor and improve UI/UX as well as the KPIs of .COM such as traffic, conversion, bounce rate, etc. and reflect to digital marketing activities with GA, Tableau and other tools

  • Monitor competitors’ activities in digital tools, trends to increase traffic to .COM & seek for new opportunities

  • Research the market’s digital activities and digital /cross-media promotions for new opportunities

4) Ecommerce Operations

  • Have solid knowledge of BtoC ecommerce platform or 3rd party marketplace operations

  • Day to day operational support with 3rd party A/E, internal stakeholders including merchandising, CS and logistics.

  • Work closely with merchandising for clietnt's needs, from historical trend and discuss future demand from specifitc product categories.

  • Create demand reports and share with stake holders and discuss areas of improvement such as collaborative promotions, stock avilability, product presentations/orders, based on availble KPI's of 3rd party.

Who you are:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, focus on commercial results, knows luxury

  • 3 years or above experience in E-Business – ideally from online shop or brand with EC shop, with strong commercial acumen and eshop P&L experience

  • IT literacy, understanding of web technologies, content management system, social media, mobile tools

  • Knowledgeable of e-commerce trends, competitive landscape and digital customer experience

  • Commitment, passion and drive, hands on

  • Good communicator, proficiency in English

  • Highly innovative, productive and efficient with excellent time-management skills

  • Excellent communication and exceptional interpersonal skills; effective and persuasive

  • Must engender a positive “can do” attitude in others (be a lateral leader)
