Role mission

Under the new vision of creative director, Alessandro Michele, the brand is redefining luxury fashion, and is further repositioning itself as one of the most desirable fashion houses in the 21st. Century.

Reflecting the brand's strategic changes, and under a new organizational structure, the Marketing &Communications Dept. is looking for a Marketing Assistant, attached to the Director.

He/she will be instrumental in assisting the Director on day-to-day operations and internal coordination.

Key accountabilities

1. Coordinate and organize meetings, with internal and/or external parties.

2. Organize overseas & domestic trips

3. Coordinate guests lists for show/travels

4. Filing and general PA admistrative tasks

5. Manage Marketing Calendars, in coordination with all departments inside the company

6. Issue internal project highlights/newsflash mails, produce market/competitive newsflashes

7. Assist in preparing presentation documents

8. Track expenses and coordinate budget control sheets with section managers

9. Support in coordinating adhoc/special projects, e.g. research, internal audits, etc.

10. Translation and proof-reading of documents, Japanese and English

Requirements - Key behavioral competencies - basics

1. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written/oral)

2. Well-organized, multi-tasked and flexible

3. Fluent in English and Japanese

4. Self-started, creative-thinker, marketing mind-set, interested in retail luxury business

5. 2-3 year working experience, an advantage
