DRIVE THE BUSINESS
- Setting monthly and Weekly Clienteling target in each area and engage Store Managers and Team Mangers on required contribution to targets and taking actions to achieve them.
- Setting Retail & Clienteling event target in each area and engage store's on required contribution to targets and taking actions to achieve them.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT
- Shares vision and give smart goals and information, clearly communicate Clienteling strategy.
- Conducts regular review and provides constructive feedback, including individual development plans.
BUSINESS AND PROCESS AWARENESS
- Reviews suggestions for improvements and develops proposals for the Retail dept and Client Engagement dept.
- Supports the Stores in achieving the excellence delivering a consistent Gucci retail experience
- Supports to Store Managers’ and Team Manager's proposals based on CRM for developing and executing Clienteling actions to locals.
- Supports the Store Managers in monitoring client’s data quality
