The Financial Analyst will play a dynamic role in acting as a business partner to support both regional FP&A function and accounting operation for the APAC region (‘Region’), covering the following markets: China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and India.
- Assist in month-end closing, preparation of budget, forecast and business plan for the Region
- Deliver regular management reports in a timely manner and utilize Power BI to develop dashboards and visualizations for month-end data analysis
- Assist the supervisor in monitoring financial performance and analyze results to minimize impact on variances against budget and forecasts
- Support day-to-day accounting operation and month-end closing for the market subsidiaries
- Provide recommendation on workflow improvement
- Perform ad-hoc projects when required
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience
- University degree or above with professional accounting/finance qualification or equivalent preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Office Pack (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Proficiency in Power BI, including experience in creating reports and dashboards
- SAP, BPC and HFM experience
- Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English (both written and oral)
- Experience in luxury industry, eyewear industry in particular, will be an advantage
- High learning agility, self-starter with ability to prioritize and work with stakeholders from various background
