KERING EYEWEAR Sales Development and Cartier Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a Sales Development and Cartier Sales Manager who will report to National Sales Development Manager in Kering Eyewear China
The potential candidate will need to be customer-oriented and autonomous, who will solve issues proactively and seek for improvements continuously.
How you will contribute
- Develop optical channel and brand strategy to in line with corporate strategy including but not limited to sales policy and go to market activity plan.
- Initiate and manage annual trading term frame by channel and customer level to in line with business development strategy.
- Strategic budget allocation (including marketing and trade resource) to tie with business priority and fulfill business growth.
- Develop integrated instore VM solution for upgrading retail experience under local initiative and global guideline.
- Define trade activities like POP UP/CRM/Brand Month on brand strategy and business plan.
- Analyze results and provide fully comprehensive reports of trade activities in local market.
- Work closely with cross function team to ensure that campaign/plan is aligned across all channel or customer.
- Cooperate with field sales team on top client/top store management.
- Lead and facilitate key project like Mystery Shopper and play critical role in project working team.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned with line managers
Who you are
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and oral)
- Self-motivated and being proactive in a start-up environment
- Analytical and logical thinking
- In-depth knowledge of Office Pack (Outlook, Power Point, Word)
- Ambitious and flexible and a team player by heart
