This position reports directly to Head of Retail and dotted line reports to Boutique Managers. He/She will provide functional support and handle all store operations for HK & Macau stores.
How you will contribute
Align with HKMO retail vision and principles, provide effective communication between office and front-line staff. Ensure smooth collaboration of all internal department stakeholder Coordinate and assist in store opening, renovations projects
Assist store operations such as stock related subjects, store maintenance, store expenses claiming, material arrangements and VM displays follow up etc. able to provide solutions for improvement and foresee possible problems
Monitor and handling store security and logistics systems
Stock allocation and re-balance
Liaise with different suppliers and service providers on all projects and material sourcing according to given guidelines or requirements, handling quotation and invoices from suppliers, facilitating payment process
Provide support on daily operations, sales activities and sales performance
Conduct regular sales performance and operation related reports punctually
Who you are
Diploma or Degree holder
4-5 years in retail operation, and ideally in a similar capacity
Excellent communications skills and excellent command of written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Proven track record in delivering operational tasks and support, as well as identify effective solutions to retail store teams. Knowledge in store retail processes
Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Chinese Input
Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
Hard working, strong sense of responsibility, detail minded, good coordination and organization skills, can-do attitude
Title may be adjusted depends on the experience level of the candidate
