- Lead operations team to ensure that company standards are upheld in the below areas.
- Lead store team to drive sales in line with company targets
- Provide constant feedback and coaching to improve the team’s skills and sales results.
- Collaborate with different teams to organize staff training / development programs for store staff to ensure store operation standards
- Develop team member with leadership and other abilities for succession planning.
- Set goals for each team member for the achievement of company KPIs
- Control expense within budget.
RETAIL Excellence / CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Create an environment focused on customer experience.
- Ensure that each team member is knowledgeable about selling ceremonies, products and Balenciaga philosophy
- Be inventive and create additional business opportunities by ensuring that team members focus on building their clientele
- Work closely with mall management and CRM team to generate additional opportunities that showcase our brand vision. This may include client treatment plan for mall VICs and obtaining promotional opportunity
- Ensure operation efficiency and effective implementation of business promotion initiatives and marketing programs at store level to enhance brand’s awareness
