Your Opportunity

Sarai inserito/a come Quality Customer Service Operations Support all’interno dell’area Quality Customer Service dell’Atelier di Bottega Veneta a Montebello Vicentino (VI).

How you will contribute

  • Gestione dell'avanzamento di commesse e ordini di lavoro relativo alle riparazioni di merce di proprietà di clienti terzi e/o negozi di Bottega Veneta.

  • Gestione richieste assistenza dai Regional Customer Service, Stores e Customer Care.

  • Supporto al team IT nello sviluppo e follow-up di progetti riguardanti l'After Sales (es: implementazione nuovo gestionale After Sales).

  • Supporto per la gestione del magazzino legato alle riparazioni, attraverso reportistica e analisi.

Who you are

  • Laurea Triennale/Magistrale in Economia/Ingegneria Gestionale o affini;

  • Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 1 – 3 anni in contesti strutturati e dinamici; con particolare interesse per profili che provengano dal settore Shoes/LeatherGoods;

  • Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (Excel, Power Point, Access)

  • Buona conoscenza di alcuni sistemi gestionali, nello specifico AS400 e Stealth 3000);

  • La reportistica Qlickview sarà considerata un plus;

  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta;

  • Buona capacità di pianificazione del proprio lavoro;

  • Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e problem solving;

  • Per tale ruolo non vengono richieste trasferte.
