Your opportunity:
In this role you will work as a strategic partner in the Ready-To-Wear Product Development Team, in an extremely international, creative, and fast-paced environment.
How you will contribute?
Oversee part of the RTW Flou collection development within the Flou Product Development team.
Follow up with every attributed styles, coding all models, compilation of the bill of materials and transfer of information to suppliers.
Participate at handover of sketches from Design to Atelier or external suppliers.
Collect information about changes, improvements during fittings and ensure that product developers update technical sheets in PLM.
Follow-up of data concerning the development of the prototype and bill of materials.
Ensure that prototypes are delivered in time following our company quality standards.
Ensure the correct timing in all the process.
Manage prototyping and sampling processes until collection industrialization with the production team.
Update of PLM system (data entry, amendments, updates etc.).
Support in updating the collection board.
Support to fitting production and management of notes to suppliers.
Who you are?
At least 6-8 years of experience of RTW Woven product development within the Luxury Fashion industry.
Excellent knowledge of Office package, in particular Excel / Access, Stealth and PLM information systems.
Agile mindset, Excellent problem-solving and team working skills
Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken).
Effective relationship management with design and merchandising teams.
Passionate about product design and development.
Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
