REPORTS TO:                  Brand Director France & South Europe and Brand Director Northern & Easter Europe

KEY REPONSIBILITIES:

Client experience

  • participate to a signature in-store experience and to the set up among the network in line with brand equity for regional network
  • distill client experience standards into EMEA internal & external boutiques network pertaining to client experience
  • in charge of ensuring the selling ceremony (including Mystery shopping, and RISE coaching):

Delivering and coordinating coachings

Define coaching plan, organize and deliver in person coaching for store teams and external boutiques, in line with training plans

  • Assess coaching needs of all teams to follow up on trainings received
  • Coach the salespeople on how to promote company’s products, brand standards services effectively, and clienteling
  • Collect feedback from management regarding training & coaching needs
  • Liaising with EMEA as well as International Teams to implement and follow overall annual calendar
  • Prepare HJ events OTO: support SA to prepare for their client OTO during HJ event
  • Design and implement orientation programs for new employees

 Reporting & Tracking  

  • Provide constant updates and reporting to Brand Directors & Store Managers
  • implement and maintain a clear tracking system, focusing on KPIs follow up (individual performance follow-up; unit per transaction, clienteling activities)
    • Ensure that store personnel embrace a self-learning culture in the flow of work.
    • Partner with Brand Director and Store Manager to analyse and identify specific skills gaps and training needs in line with business requirements and store personnel assessment
    • Contribute to the follow up on all training plans
  • Be the liaison between international team & regional needs

Inspire & Grow

  • Ability to instill Brand values and come up with personalized guidance to the Retail community 
  • Build a long-term coaching strategy implementing international projection after clear assessment.
  • Accompany PCE programs between external coach’s and coaches
