Role mission
We are looking for Client Advisors to join our team in Heathrow (all Terminals) on a full time basis.
Your role is about offering every customer a unique experience and turning their dreams into a Gucci creation. You will make a real difference for each of our clients.
Key Accountabilities
- Serve clients accordingly with the Gucci selling ceremony
- Provide an exceptional client experience by greeting, listening and assisting all clients; demonstrating excellent knowledge of the products as well as the Gucci history and heritage
- Guarantee cross and up-selling for all product categories
- Advise clients appropriately discussing giving them advice on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market. Always showing passion for fashion and luxury products
- Build and strengthen trust based relationships with clients, dealing with different cultures and personalities always putting the clients at ease
- Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information, according to the Company tools (CRM), in order to retain actual customers and detect new high potential ones
- Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals
- Be an agile and collaborative team player, proposing creative and effective solutions
- Contribute to managing the visual display of the products in accordance with the Gucci visual standards
- Ensure store functional maintenance and appropriate levels of products on the sales floor, in line with Corporate policies and procedures
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within a fashion retail company
- A genuine and deep passion for fashion, trends and luxury
- Commercial awareness
- High flexibility and the ability to adapt to different customers
- A team-player mentality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment
- Fluency in an additional language would be advantageous
