Our Mission
We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated DoDo China Product Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team based in Milan. The candidate will be responsible for driving product marketing initiatives for Dodo in China, working closely with the Chinese team and the DoDo Product Marketing team in Milan.
Your Opportunity
Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for Dodo in the Chinese market.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
Collaborate both with Dodo Product Marketing Coordinator and China team to develop the product brief for the new collections.
Collaborate with the Dodo Product Marketing Coordinator to align marketing strategies with overall company objectives.
Create compelling product messaging and positioning for the Chinese market, ensuring brand consistency.
Pricing of the new collection and repricing of active collection to ensure the best positioning of the product in the Chinese market.
Collaborate with the Dodo China team to plan product launches and develop 360 launch plans to ensure the implementation of the marketing strategy.
Monitor and analyze performances to evaluate the effectiveness of the collection and define the life cycle of the products.
Provide regular reports on market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to the Dodo Product Marketing Coordinator.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, sales, and production to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Actively participate in team meetings, contribute creative ideas, and actively seek opportunities for process improvement.
Who you are
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in merchandising or product marketing within the jewelry sector.
In-depth knowledge of the Chinese market, including consumer preferences, purchasing behaviors, and cultural nuances.
Familiarity with competitors and market trends in the jewelry industry, especially in China.
Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time to work closely with the team in China and conduct market research.
Fluency in English is required, and fluency in Chinese is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas.
